Our History — Established in 1997
The SportChassis Owners Association International proudly traces its beginnings to August 2, 1997, when the organization was originally established as Cabriolet Club International, a nonprofit association.
As the organization evolved, its name was later changed to SportChassis Owners Association International, reflecting the shared interests of its members. The association's bylaws, originally dated August 4, 2003, represent another important milestone in our history.
For nearly three decades, our association has brought together truck owners and enthusiasts who share a passion for travel, adventure, and lasting friendships.
While the name may have changed over the years, the spirit of the organization remains the same — bringing people together through a shared enthusiasm for their trucks and the friendships formed along the way.
